This is a 28mm Hetzer from Neil (AKA Troop of Shewe). This is done, he says, pretty much out of the box.
The miniature itself comes from Bolt Action Miniatures/Warlord Games.... which we would be happy to order for you should you desire. The Bolt Action line has gotten big enough (and is good enough) that 28mm WWII actions on the tabletop are not only possible, but highly tempting.
