In case anyone is interested...Mixed WM/H! MK2 tournament in Hadley, January 17th

Actually, we're planning on hosting the WMMkII Resurgence event on the weekend following (the 23rd). I'm just waiting for verification on the order of the kit from PP, before I make it too official.

This will be a WM only, Mk II brawl, so sadly no big furry monsters for that day. But we should still see some good fights.

I'm pretty excited for the release of the new rulebook on the 6th and hope we can drum up some activity relearning the game.

Oh yeah, no. We want to do this on Sunday THE 24th and I've got the loot in today, and so when I'm not doing 10 other things I'lll put up an official post! I'm bringing in my WM armymen too lately, in hopes of getting a game in now and then.

Well the good news is I got laid off from work this week so I will be able to make more events and such.  Any idea if themed lists are allowed for Retribution, since I am going to assume that the themed lists for the other factions will be in their own faction book which doesn't come out til Feb, and allowing one faction to use themed lists would create an little bit of an advantage for that faction.  I know that the themed lists allow you to ingore FA on some models/units and gives you some models for free. 

Damn dude...I can't say getting laid off is a good thing really, but it'll be cool to game with ya and EAT THE EARS OFF THOSE SILLY ELF FREAKS!!!!

It's a great thing.  I saw which way the winds were blowing and had decided to apply at Hoyoke Community for classes.  I got accepted last week so I am going back to school to get a degree. 

Now as far as those elves, since the game is on the 24th Rena will be able to go so she will most likely be using them.  As for me, I need to get my hands on the new templates before I decide which faction I will be using.  This is mostly beause I never got to use Shae and the Commodore in MKI (since I only picked them up on the last day of the Rampage) and I think I should try a new model for the new rules but the Commodore uses a 10 Spray for one of it's attacks so if I use him a need to get the new templates, of course PP probably has the photcopy version in the back of the book like they did with MKI.  Of course I could put either the Harbinger or Terminus together or....  You know what, I think I have too many factions and too many models...WHAT THE HECK AM I SAYING, YOU CAN NEVER HAVE TO MUCH HORDES AND WARMACHINE!!!
