Mark your calendars: Tournament, March 20th

Great news! Have been hankering for some tourney action, I think, for what it's worth, my preference would be the deathrace idea.  Seems like fun.  That's what you guys played in at T-Con right? Is it only battlegroups?  Thanks,

Ah, ok.  Yeah, that format would seem to be the preferred by Anthony also.  He said he'd be up for it.  That's two of us!

Hi Guys.  Seems like there's Brian, Felipe, and Isaiah as possibles for the 20th as well.  They'd probably be more into the deathrace than the achievements.  What is the word on that?  Thanks.

Great News!  Please forgive my ignorance however- I know they are timed turns, but is it 5 minutes? Also, I seem to recall that it's straight up caster kill, am I remembering that right?  Thanks!  Hey, what about using radial deployments for it?  Just a thought.  Looking forward. Thanks,

Single scenario: Killbox from steamroller (assassination).  But instead of timed turns, each player gets 26 minutes to 'spend'.  Period. 

No need for 10 minute turns...no extensions.  Spend that time as you wish.  If you want to take a 20 minute turn go for it, but as soon as your time runs out you lose.

Is everyone ok with a $5 buy in?  Or do we want more?

$5 buy in sounds good to me.  So, it looks like Brain and Felipe are now a no go, but Robert now looks as though he will likely make the trip.  In any event, 3 of us are coming for certain and excited about it :)

Do you guys know if there is a Fennblade UA at the store? Robert would like to get hold of one if he makes it out.

Any news about who might make it from your end? John? Rena? Mark? Joe?

If I'm not mistaken, there IS a fennblade UA there. 

I'm fairly certain the regular gang will be there. 

Cool, thanks for the news Charlie.  Heard from Brian again today, he said he'd bring 2-4 players along.  Exciting!  So looks like it's 5-8 making the trip from NH!  Yay!

Holy crap!

If anyone has any extra timers, bring them as I'm not sure I'll have enough!  I just bought 6 more too!  I have a total of 10 which will be enough for 5 tables -> 10 players.  The store might have a few as well...

I will be there, I don't know if Rena is going to be playing or not yet.  I have two or three timers, if I can find them.
