 Hi.

I am new to d&d. I would love to join some folks to help me learn more about the game as well as to play. I work with teenage boys so this is also to help me get into what works for them.i've purchased the red box starter set to get an idea of what's going on and begin creating a character. i live in gfield, so someplace close is what i'm looking for. email me if this sounds like a challenge you are willing to take on!

Unfortunately my game is about an hour away from you.  Hopefully someone will speak up.

You also might wish to come into the store and look at the bulletin board to see if there are any open games looking for players.

Hello, Carrie, and welcome to the forums! I'm not aware of any ongoing D&D games happening locally, unfortunately. However, we have a very knowledgeable crowd of regulars. Like Charlie said, I'd recommend stopping into the game store some time. There are a number of us who have played the new 4th edition, and even more who have played 3rd and 3.5. We're a very welcoming bunch, and we'd love to help you get a feel for the game! If you give us some heads-up on the forums before you decide to pop in, you'll be even more likely to find somebody who can help you out!

Hi,

We got a game going locally, we have anywhere from 3-6 people, but schedule/conflicts prevent us from meeting regularly like we would like.

Anyone looking contact me gdtimmy@gmail.com

PS: Basic D&D, with minimal mini usage, focus on the storytelling.
