New Hotness in the Iron Kingdoms
Like the new GW40K thread started by Jay, here's a place to consolidate pictures found of great stuff from the Iron Kingdoms. Be they new releases, amazing conversions or Charlie & his Avatar caught in a compromising position...post away! (we may end up pruning a little as new releases become old.) And a link to a a diorama that, as grand as it may be, I think needs some better pictures. It might be as cool as that cool 40K table with the running water and fans, but I can't tell--except for the Menite rocket flying into the wall, that is awesome!
Don't forget Voyle! What a cool model!
...hey wait a minute...

The murderous Bloodgorgers hail from a kriel of black-hearted savages brought to violent frenzy by the taste and smell of blood. They are thrown away by their masters as fodder for the carnage of war. By feasting on the butchered, Bloodgorgers become nearly invincible as they move fiendishly from one victim to the next.

Makeda has risen in the skorne people’s hour of need as a peerless leader whose vision of their mutual destiny has inspired her soldiers to ever greater efforts. Makeda has vowed to impose order and forge the seeds of a new nation. Solidarity will be the key to rising from the ashes and leading an empire which spans the continent. Any who defy her conviction will fall to the wayside or feel her boots trampling them underfoot.

Hoarluk Doomshaper has remained focused on the fundamental connection between all trolls. He has merged his mind with the most violent and powerful of these creatures and thereby tapped into reserves no shaman has ever known. Not only has he unlocked unimagined regenerative powers, he has gained insight into the primal nature that binds warbeast to warlock and can employ this lore against his enemies.

Krueger??? that sucks....
Krueger??? that sucks....
Epic Krueger == lame.
Just a quick newsflash.

Hey I actually played my first game with Krueger last week and found him to be a pretty evil model if you have the right models in his army.
His feat can really lay waste to units if placed right and his Wind Storm spell wrecks havoc with ranged attack armies. I can't wait to see what Krueger the Stormlord has for abilities.
Of course I am one of those players that uses a different caster each time I play just so I can see how the different models interact with each other.
I guess you could say I have a problem with commitment but my girlfriend can already tell you that :P
Except of course when it comes to Fiona the Black, I like her style and hope someday she goes Epic. I can just see it now....
Epic Fiona the *itch. That's the ticket.
I don't think they meant Krueger was not a powerful piece...rather the opposite. Epic-sizing one of the weaker Circle casters might have drawn more enthusiasm.

Exactly Seth. Baldur needed epic-izing more.
Maybe PP is hitting Krueger first because he's too nasty...

Yeah, several of the epics are are the killers in a less killer form; Orsus, Sorscha. Sort of an attempt perhaps to put them into a more team spirit light, rather than the game dominating piece they tend to be. I like that part.

Okay since you all have a problem with Krueger the Stormlord you leave me no choice but to do THIS!

Krueger knows that greatness comes not as a reward for humility or silent dedication. He will rattle the Circle Orboros like a creaky house caught in a storm. He promises to return the Circle to its primordial roots, where the weak make way for the strong and druids are free to drink deeply of nature’s unchecked power. He brings lightning and storm, blood and battle, the crashing power of the earth, and the chance to make Caen tremble beneath their tread.
Of course it looks like he is doing some kind of weird Lord of the Dance move but FEAR HIM NONE THE LESS!
Krueger is.....the Stormlord of the Dance......hehehehehe......
Well, at least the head of his staff looks cool......
I do not fear him. If history has shown us anything, it's that you can kill anybody. (except EVlad because he's a tool)

Nah, he's not terribly hard to kill...tough but not impossible. The biggest problem is that feat. I still can't believe PP let that one through...
In fact, it all comes down to our old standby for 40K: ALWAYS use a mission. Even if its as simple as "6 turns, most VP wins".
Look at the game I had with Sethonator. I just targeted all his solos...if it wasn't for both of us making a rules error (can't use character solos with teh feat), I think things might have been different.

Seth is the LORD of tools. HYUK YUK YUK! :P
