I was looking over my minion cards for MKII today and I noticed that for Rorsh that Privateer Press removed Cumbersome from his Dynamite.  So now it looks like he can make 3 ranged attacks per turn.  One initial Dynamite and Lever Action Pig Iron and then he can spend one fury to do a second Pig Iron.  Anyone else find any pleasant changes to their models?

Wow, you're right!  Hmmmm.....while I won't be playing farrow minions, that makes him very interesting.  I was thinking of using him in a small 25 point Ashlynn list.

I'm fairly certain many of what I found awesome to havn't changed since they started the field test...but during the field test, i was playing models that needed testing, so I never noticed the changes.

The first that hit me was the Rush animus on the Axer.  No longer +2 move when charge...just +2 move!  That is super useful when running mulg.

Caber thrower was clearly written and is VERY useful for everyday use.  I'm going to need to paint my second AND buy a third soon .

Burrowers are Borken and didn't change from the final leg of the field test.  Wow, what an evil unit!  Not gamebreaking, but destined to be hated with the passion of a thousand suns for years to come.  A full unit will make people cry.  10" + 6" (Advanced deploy) + 5" (Tunneling marker moves) +5.5" (where models pop up) = 26.5 inches up the board on the second turn.  When they pop up, they can pop up behind things, and also count as standing still.  And if a wiley opponent thinks they can kill them off by filling the areas with models, they have point plank.  And if they aren't engaged, they can now charge another 9 inches (34.5 inches for those keeping track at home), and since they have point blank, they can shoot their guns in melee!!!!  So you're looking at an 8+3d6 on a charge for their normal hand weapon and then a SECOND attack with their gun at 14+2d6!  YIKES!  Add in eMadraks "Blood fury" (Model/UNIT gains an additional dice of damage rolls but suffers -2 def) and you have Armageddon!

For a while I thought Alten Ashley was completely useless now.  Only doing d6 of damage to a beast was kind of a let down, but then it occured to me it is in addition to a normal damage roll.  AND it does extra damage to ALL beasts, not just living ones anymore, so circle contructs are fair game!  POW 12 of the gun, so not too shabby, and still targetable by the Impalers Snipe animus.  So he's no longer a monsterous threat like he used to be and tends to survive on the table longer.  In all pretty good for 2 points.
