Apparently due to greater than expected pre-orders plus some books that were below standard in production quality, there is looking to be a bit of a shortage of the new Warhammer Fantasy Battle 8th Edition rulebook.

We pre-ordered quite a few here in the store, so we should be fine. Plus GW's getting some fast shipped from the UK, so it shouldn't be too bad. However, I have already nearly half of our initital order reserved already.

So, if you are planning on picking up a copy this weekend (releases this Saturday the 10th) you may want to stop by or call and reserve a copy.

The first folks to reserve are being given first option to buy the very limited special skull dice sets. I only got a fraction of my pre-order on these, and can't even reserve a set for myself. :(

Several people are already ahead of you, but there's one open spot left and some of the people before you may opt to not buy the dice sets. Doubtful many will, as they're only $11.50 and wicked cool.

UPDATE!

I just got word that I'm getting more of the cool dice. I'll still offer first dibs to those who have pre-ordered, but I'm less likely to run out immediately.

So!  Since that isn't quite the slice of incentive cake it was before, I'm also offering this!

Anyone who buys their book this weekend can take 15% off the purchase of the crazy cool new limited Engineer's Ranging Set!

The coolness of these things cannot be described in mere words, so here's a Youtube video they put out showing these in action as well as some of the other tools they're coming out with for 8th Edition.
