I'm not sure if I'm happy or sad about this, but FFG has decided to enter the video games market. I am surprised Jay & Joe didn't mention anything. Usually they have all the insider scoops.

Catalyst Games had an April fools page and I totally missed it, despite giving their main pages a peek. Apparently on their online store they they introduced "Battlerun!", the exciting combination of Battletech and Shadowrun. Between this and the Tauntaun sleeping bag, I hope somebody steps up to the plate and makes some of these games/products a reality.

Actually Griff, Thinkgeek.com usually produces april fools day products they get enough requests for and you can really download a battlerun PDF from the Catalyst Games store. I think all of my favorite april fools day jokes are the ones that turn out to be real.

"Usually", is way too strong of a word. They did it once for the digital tie.

They might actually have license issues with the sleeping bag.
