i know charlie i already have a 40k ork army i just wanted to make another ork army with most of the new modles and this star wars game isnt for me one of my cousins is a huge halo and star wars fan and i wanted to get him into some kinda game

Star Wars minis has a huge following currently. By huge I mean we've been consistently running tournaments every Friday night for years now. It's a pretty good group, mostly on the younger side on the casual nights. More mixed young and old on the DCI sanctioned nights.
Halo Action Clix is certainly a bit more casual right now, and might get off the ground on Sundays.
Both would be easy to learn, Friday night because there are so many players, Sunday afternoon, because there are no 'masters' of the game yet; everybody's pretty much learning.
If you're looking for an already established group of people to just fall in with, Star Wars would be more fun. If you want to take the initiative and play a relatively newer game and draw people to yourself, Halo Action Clix would be my reccomendation.
As far as wuts the funnest, that's entirely subjective. It would be helpful if you put some effort into defining your idea of the most fun.

I have not played Haloclix.... but I understand they removed that annoying move or attack rule. Something that made Heroclix, Horrorclix and Mage Knight not too fun for me.
just FYI, there are no star wars clix, just a minis game played with stat cards. If you're gonna ask about what's the best clix game, you should include Heroclix (the game that started it all), Mechwarrior, and Horrorclix.
