Could never happen. Ninjas are "said" to be recluse and not a sociable being. Therefore we would never see them in their "normal" state, besides the fact that their "normal" state is claimed to be in Ninja mode. So there is no chance you are one.

Yes, I'm afraid pirates win by default. There have been pirates and still ARE pirates (a guy I know was actually attack by modern day pirates).
Ninjas are known only as fuzzy rumors and stories. They are never seen and no one can proove they exist...and thats the way they like it.

Well its likely the ninjas will notice you goobers weakening their web of stealth and deceit and will likely visit you in your sleep and gouge a tanto into your eye socket. And even then you'll just see a floating knife above your head before it plunges downward...

There is a fundamental flaw in this poll. You do not see ninjas, ever. They are too stealthy to be seen by anyone. Our perceived concept is that they carry katanas, but how do we know when we cannot ever find a LIVE ninja.
Pirates on the other hand. Well they DO exist (ok maybe not in the EXACT same sense as its brought up here) therefore they win by default.
So long as it's not those Naruto ninjas... Ninjas win.
