MTG Standard Tournament - Saturday October 24th, 2009 - 1pm
Instead of our typical saturday draft, we will be hosting a Standard tournament on Saturday October 24th, at 1pm. Drafting will be an option after the Standard tournament if folks are interested.
Standard includes the following sets
Shards of Alara / Conflux / Alara Reborn
Magic 2010
Zendikar
There are currently no banned or restricted cards in this format
This will be a sanctioned DCI tournament if enough people show up.
My guess is that entry fee would be $5, although I am not certain about it yet. As for the prize structure I would imagine that prizes will go to T3, maybe T4. There will not be a cut to T8 or T4 after swiss pairings have completed.
Typically $5. But I was thinking perhaps $3 to 4, but that would slightly reduce prizes, of course.
I'll be there! Any sort of entry fee / prize setup?
