Now we have been looking over and playing with the MKII Warmachine rules for almost 3/4 of a year now and the Hordes MKII field test is about 3 weeks away.  I don't know about the rest of you, but ever now and then I find something that I overlooked or just assumed it was the same as in MKI rules.  Today I just realized that Bash is no longer an option for jacks.  It is now listed on those jacks that have no melee weapon systems, like the Cryx Deflier and Nightwretch and the Rhulic Blaster and Gunner.  Since weapon systems are now only crippled instead of disabled you can still use them so there is no need for a bash attack for most warjacks.

Now here is the best part about the new Bash.

It is not located on a system so it can never be crippled so the Bash attack will always roll two dice on the attack and the old MKI  -2 to the attack roll is gone.

Wow...good catch.  Missed that myself.

Another thing people should notice:  No screening anymore.
