Here's the plan.
What do you think?

Due to the time constraints, we can only do 3 rounds each night.
Determining winners is frequently difficult with so many players.
Here's my plan to make it clear who wins.

Next week, we will break into groups. Every 8 people will become their own pod. Mmmm...pod people.... (1-8 people=one pod, 9-16=2 pods, 17-24=3 pods, etc....)

Now, to cover prizes for multiple pods, the fee will go up to $2. A booster will be awarded to the winner in each pod. I'm not sure how to handle the alternate figure prize support, as I can only get 4 of those per month.

You should probably make the groups the same number. Not that I'd mind playing in the second group if we had 12 people show and group one had 8 players and group 2 only had 4. 6 and 6 seems more fair.

If there's 2 groups how about both 1st gets the booster, both 2nd get 2 promos, and both third get 1?

I second that idea.
