the greatest hameburger in new mexico!!
when i went to new mexico with my family we went out to eat at a place called the blue corn cafe. on the menu the advritised that they had new mexicos #1 burger. so i had to see if that was true. it was called the Green chile burger.
it was the most spicy thing i had ever eaten and i like spicy stuff!
i was sooo good but sooooo spicy. I drank 4 glasses of water 1 glass of root beer and when i woke up the next morning my mouth was still burning!!! :twisted:
it is somthing anyone who likes spicy food must try! (if you every get out to santa fe new mexico) :D
Chuckle...actually it the FAT that reduces the burn. Capsaisin oils will bond to fat so its just swallowed instead of sticking to the tongue...
You can also use alcohol (if your old enough).
I hear that if you don't wear painful shoes it will stop the burn.

and yes fat or suger gets rig of the burn
if you ever eat something spicy, try drinking milk after, there's some kind of chemical (one i don't remember the name of) in milk that should lessen the spiciness afterwards. but then again, the spiciness is the good part right? :)
