Mind you, the last ones are stars...SINGLE stars. Now just imagine the size of a galaxy or super cluster...or da OOOOOniverse!
Crud! It was a gif image that kept changeing showing the sizes of the earth planets and stars...really cool :(
if you think those stars are big, you should see the size of a massive black hole. those can get to be hundreds of times bigger than galaxies
Oo oo! The gif is back up!
Thats pretty impressive, what does a solar system surrounding the super incredibly massive stars look like? giant planets? lots of little ones? small stars in planetary like orbits? or has everything been burned away or sucked in by this point in its life cycle?
That makes me scared. If those stars explode in any way we are doomed. DOOMED I TELL YA DOOMED!

Kind of depends on what is in the system. there are binary systems with two stars, but instead of one going around the other, they both move forming a sort of figure 8 looking pattern...well maybe more like two overlapping ovals.
According to recent data on extrasolar systems, our system seems a bit goofed up and most other systems seem to have large jupiter like planets all over, although there are still terrestrial planets as well. Those are just harder to 'see'.

Actually its possible despite being so far away. Novas often cause mega gamma-ray bursts which are very bad for life. Apparently one is headed our way right now. It MAY hit us in about 5000 years...

Yeah I heard about that on the History channel (i think), lets hope its 5,000 years and not any sooner, i dont want to die yet...
If it turns out to only be 4,950 years away I might start to get worried.
ZOMG, the Gamma Rays; the goggles they do nothing!

It tells me your image bandwidth has been exceed. Maybe it was to big an image...
It is very dark... You are likely to be eaten by a Grue.
