...there are very few gamer-NERDS. The appropriate term is Gamer-Geek.
See, a geek is just a strange person. They could look relatively normal, but have strange hobbies or habits, or whatever.
A nerd however is very different. A nerd will tend to wear glasses, have a great interest in science (often reading it for fun! LOL!), and often having some sort of reptile as a pet....um...wait a second....
