How will my package be shipped to me?
We currently use the USPS for all of our shipping needs, but local deliveries usually show up in a Honda or a Subaru.
How do you calculate shipping?
All of our shipping rates are calculated based on weight and size.
Do you ship worldwide?
At the moment we only ship domestically, but may change that in the future.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you get in contact with us within 24 hours and your item is not yet fulfilled, we would be happy to change your shipping address. However, once packages leave our facility we no longer accept address changes on our end, as we do not have control over the package.
When will my order be shipped?
On average, our orders ship out within 24 - 72 hours, depending on the day & time the order is placed. Our team does not ship items on weekends or holidays, unless otherwise specified. Delivery times listed at check out do not include processing times.
How long are your shipping times?
Depending on the item(s) that you order, our shipping times on average vary from 2 - 7 days for most domestic orders. However, in some cases delivery may take up to 14 days.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you my e-mail when your return has been processed.

- Sale items
