A rundown of January events at Greenfield Games!
Here's the rundown of January at Greenfield Games.
Masks and full vaccination still required for all in-store events.
Weekly Events:
- Sunday: Open gaming all day
- Monday: Open gaming all day
- Tuesday: Open gaming all day
- Wednesday: Greenfield Chess Club. 5:30-7:00pm
- Thursday: Open gaming all day
- Friday: Magic Modern FNM. 6:00-10:00 $5 Entry fee. Store credit and Promo pack prizes.
- Saturday: Board Game Afternoon. 1:00-5:00. See Discord for details and planning. Often more Magic Commander Saturdays, too.
Special Events:
- Tuesday January 12th: The first day you can start bringing in lots for our Online Winter Auction-versarry! We still can't hold large in-person events so we're doing something special online to celebrate our 21st year! The big day is going to be February 5th so stay tuned!
- Saturday January 15th: Casual Pauper 2:00-7:00. We'll have a few spare decks for players to test out!
- Monday January 17th: Painting Day! 4:00-7:00. Join us at our tables and learn painting tips and tricks of the trade from our very own painting master Andrew! Enjoy the painting company. Bring your own supplies or just bring a model! (Every third Monday of the month)
- Saturday January 29th: Bidding in the Auction begins!

I would love to have a chess club in Turners Falls at my Sheffield Elementary After School... Do you know anyone who might ght be willing? I pay $15-18/hr, 3:30-5:30 (two 1hr groups) plus a little prep. Better if it is an 18 yr old. Also, I would like to start a munchkin e-sports group for 4/5th grades. If ya know if anybody who might like something like that. I have quality connections and mentor opportunities. Thanks!
I am interested in joining a dnd group. I am on the older side and prefer to fane with adults. Do you have any groups open?
Also looking to maybe run a small fantasy or sci fi group.
